This one day workshop will give you the reasoning and method behind design risk assessment (DRA) for industrial machines.
Design risk assessment is a legal requirement when certifying or modifying machines and is an essential step in achieving/maintaining conformity with Essential Health and Safety Requirements.
This is a 1 day course, delivered at the Spiers Training Centre in Tamworth, Staffs.
This one day course is aimed at anyone involved in design or modification of industrial machines who wants a short but high impact session on how to analyse the situation, select appropriate protective measures and document the decision making process.
You will be shown a simple way of documenting how you have conformed with legal requirements when designing your machine or modification, so that it is easier to compile the technical construction file and CE mark. By reducing the administrative burden and cutting through the fog with a short concise method you are removing barriers to allow safe and compliant behaviours in the design and modification of industrial machines.
This workshop will take place at the Spiers Training Centre, based in Tamworth, Staffordshire. However, if you have several members of staff who would like to attend, then we will be happy to deliver the training at your site.
1 Day workshop running from 10am – 5pm.
Teas & Coffees are served from 9:30am if you wish to arrive earlier.
